Tierra Verde is a fascinating historical town, that was once an archipelago of 15 mangrove islands, used by Native Americans over 500 years ago for rituals and as a burial ground. Relics of this time have been found all over the region and archaeologists have been able to piece together incredible stories of civil conflicts and ceremonial practices from the period. It was settled by the Spanish in the 16th century, but was overrun by pirates and buccaneers over the ensuing centuries. You used to have to travel there by boat, but as of 1962 there are convenient roads and bridges into the area!
Tierra Verde offers a great selection of Waterfront and Non-Waterfront Cribs in almost any living style. ≈$$$$$$≈
