HISTORY

Seminole this city is named after the Seminole Indians whose community was based here. Today it is home to St Petersburg College. It has produced author Angela Elwell Hunt, sports heroes Casey Kotchman, Bobby Wilson, Randy Savage and even a Miss America, in 1999. The town is very charity-driven, holding a continued city-wide canned food drive that raised over 20,000 tins of food.

CRIBS

Seminole offers a great selection of Waterfront and Non-Waterfront Cribs in almost any living style. ≈$$$$≈

BELIEVE IT OR NOT

A civil dispute broke out in 2005 over a garishly (one has to walk around it to understand the word) painted water tower by artist Tom Stovall. The Seminole townspeople decided it was a pretty awesome landmark, and it was allowed to stay!
